Whether or not you apply before getting your BS I'd choose classes as though that was the plan. I say this mainly because having a degree will put you in a better position as an applicant. The days of getting into pharmacy school without a degree may be ending.
Today was the first day at Touro's orientation and Dr. Knapp emphasized that having a degree was a good foundation before proceeding to a PharmD program, then said something about all of us having that foundation. I assume she meant that everyone that had been accepted had a degree. I can't speak for other schools, but would venture to guess that even though many don't require it they may want to see a degree.
