I'm a predent that has a low gpa (3.0 overall and 2.7 science). I've got a decent DAT with a 22 AA and 23 TS. All my dental prerequisites have been met. My question is what program would be best for a guy like me with these stats? Formal post bacc at SFSU, CSU-EG, CSULA (i'm not classified as disadvantaged)? Or a masters from programs like UMDNJ and midwestern? What about extension courses from Berkeley, Harvard, or UCLA?

Also what could I do to improve my chances to get into any of these programs? Some programs that I've called suggested taking courses to increase my likelihood of acceptance before applying in Dec/Jan. But isn't that what these programs are for? I'm ok in taking the courses like from extension but it can be quite pricey and I can see it as being a bit of a risk before applying to the programs.

For anyone with experience please help!
