What percent of Neuro applicants match to their top choice?

Depends on lots of things. Don't totally trust the stat. If you have a top heavy list (harvard etc) your chance of matching at your #1 is lower then if its less competitive list on your top spots- especially in neuro. You can hope for #1 but be prepared for the chance of lower, it def happens, you just don't hear about it

I think the NRMP is the only source that collects these data, and to my knowledge they do not provide a specialty-specific breakdown of this particular statistic.

I would hazard to guess that the number for Neurology is not very different from the overall # (approximately 50% of applicants get first choice).
