typically 1/3 goes to professional and 2/3 goes to technical

Generally speaking the most complex procedures (SRS/SBRT) have the most skewed split (e.g .20% pro, 80% tech). For IMRT it is generally (30% pro, 70% tech).

Not sure about rvu based but in global billing, I've seen 18-24% as the pro component with the remainder as technical
