What programs in what specialities don't "usually" match?

Do you guys have any predictions for which programs in which specialities won't match this year? Everyone keeps saying "oh its so random we can never tell" . .. but historically there's got be some trends out there on which programs don't match year to year. . .right?! I'm in a position now, where all of your reasoning and guidance would help guys!
