What resources do you use for Ambulatory and Emergency Med for Shelves?

Hi everyone,
So our class is the first to have Ambulatory and ER shelf exams. What are you guys using in particular each of these shelves? Is there a good guide out there for how to approach these particular exams?

Are you taking these M3 or M4? If it is M4 like my school did then I think you aren't supposed to study. If you need to study it means you didn't learn enough in M3. You also won't have time to study in M4 because you'll be too busy slacking off and trying to get out of work.
