What schools show favour to strong ECs?

As the title says, what schools through your experiences show favour to people with strong ECs? That can "pull" up weaker stats?

I have a 3.4 cGPA, 3.6sGPA, but that is with 6 repeats(All A's) in the sciences. Without repeats it is 3.0 cGPA, and 2.7 sGPA. MCAT probably will be mid-high 20's.

EC's are very strong leadership involvements, multiple clinical involvements, strong research, and diverse involvements. Totals about 2000+ of REAL volunteer hours, nothing inflated.

Work experience is strong, having ~8 different jobs over the last 8 years, all usually full-time, or part-time during school.

28+ MCAT and you're golden.

I'd say DMU loves the EC's, especially working 20+ hours a week at a legitimate job. My third shift work with UPS was an extensively discussed topic at my interview. Strictly my personal experience though.

I'd agree with this. The majority of my DMU was discussing my work experience

Repeats don't matter. Grade replacement is a glorious thing. Do well on the mcat and you will be fine

Forget your old GPA, the new GPA with retakes is all that matters.

To answer your question, no, there re no schools that will favor/disfavor your situation.

Kudos for strong ECs. They can only help you.

Yep. They will interview people they are on the fence about, but that isn't the norm. The majority of people accepted never interviewed.
