I graduated in May. Applied to Dental school in June.

Still waiting for interviews.

Should I take some science courses in Spring semester to boost my GPA and reapply to dental schools next cycle ?? What courses can i take ?

Are those the only 3 schools you applied to?

You could take some courses to stay busy and boost your sGPA, but I have a feeling you will be OK next cycle if you apply to more like 10-12 schools.

Get some opinions on your application. Enough volunteer/dental experiences? Good combinations of letter of recs? Personal statement etc. Make some calls/emails to the schools you applied to and show interest. There isn't much you can do for this cycle. Hope for the best but prepare for the worst.
