what should I do if I think school lost rec letters?

I think UIC lost my rec letters...
My school premed committee mailed it out a month ago (9/29). All the other schools had received them by the first week of october. But, UIC says they don't have them. They say, to allow some time for mailing and all. but i think a month is PLENTY of time for mailing.
So, did you somehow make them find it, or ask your premed committe to send them again?

i think you're probably better off just resending them. this happened to me at two schools. at one of them, they didn't have two of the letters in my packet (not sure how that happened); they received the rest. at another school, they didn't have the whole packet, so i resent it. but now, they're telling me that they don't have my secondary or amcas app. i'm not sure what's going on...
