State of legal residence? State where your spent your childhood? Where did you go to undergrad? Have you looked into the engineering focused schools?

Great. I can't comment on whether you should quit your job to go for a CRC; it's your finances, and if you can handle the financial adjustment (and saved enough for the application process + some tuition costs), it's your call. Understand why becoming a physician is important to you and how you value your past career experiences. A 510 MCAT may not get you to Hopkins, but connect with other schools we suggest.

Schools such as Rush and Loyola are looking for applicants with far more clinical and non clinical volunteering hours than you have. Dartmouth and Emory are unrealistic with a MCAT of 510. I suggest these schools from your list:
Temple
Vermont
Wake forest
Jefferson
Drexel
Indiana
Carle Illinois
Rosalind Franklin
Medical college of Wisconsin
TCU
St. Louis
Creighton
Wayne State
Western Michigan (Stryker)
Virginia Commonwealth
Eastern Virginia
Penn State
Hackensack
New York Medical College
Albany
You could add these schools:
NOVA MD
Belmont
Methodist (when it opens)
Alice Walton
George Washington
Vermont
Quinnipiac
Roseman
