I have a 2.94 GPA in Chemistry for undergrad and really want to go to pharmacy school. I'm not sure what next to do. I can work as a pharmacy tech for over a 1 yr and get a second degree in Medical Tech or maybe get a masters or go to a postbac. Can someone please help? Advice, links to some pharmacy postbacs would be great.

There aren't pharm postbacs. What you most likely need to do is retake classes to raise your GPA. Pharm schools typically separate your grad and undergrad GPAs so a masters won't help you. Pharm schools don't really look at masters programs as heavily as your undergrad grades. However, since you have a degree it will be difficult to raise your GPA by much because you have a lot of units already. Some other ways you can strengthen your GPA is to do really well on the PCAT (90+), pharm experience, good LORs, good personal statement, and good interview.
