What the heck is up with Kaplan?

so i took a practice test today at kaplan. i got about 65 perc correct in PS, 70 perc in VS, 70-something in bio

i received a 9, 5, 10 respectively. does that seem a little weird to any of you?

i know kaplan tests are diff from aamc tests and have different grading, but still...a 5 on VS and getting 70% of the questions correct. that means 10 pts lie between 30% of the rest of the questions.....


plus i thought my sci scores were inflated. i didnt do well on PS bc i got to the kaplan center late hahaha


so yah, any people come across this when studying with kaplan. im a TPR lover so this was disheartening to see.

Thats why the verbal section is more variable than the other two...

Its easier and harder at the same time. Most of us get a higher % of the questions right for verbal, but because of that, the scale is tougher.

Kaplan is weird though. I swear, they make their earlier tests harder just so you get lower scores and think you need help, and make the later ones easier so you think you're getting better because of their stuff.
