I'm probably over-hyping this, but do schools update the AADSAS portal or send you an email at midnight? Or should I just get my sleep until the typical 9 am EST mark? 🙂
First, you have to build a 14 meter tall sundial and plant a morning glory. When the sun hits the 13th tier whilst the first drop of dew drips from the morning glory, that's when adcoms will descend from the sky and hand you your acceptance letter(s).

Jokes aside. It depends on your school. Try looking at acceptance threads from last year for your school, they were really helpful in determining timelines. NYU for example sent emails at 12:01 am the first, and other schools called applicants the morning of around 10am.
I was told today by tufts that aadsas does not update the portal at 12:01. If a school sends an automated email on their own, then that's another story.
