What time of the year do they add new questions, like do they tend to add the new questions or topics in the beginning, middle or end of the year or on every exam?

I am asking because, when is the highest probability that the questions on the actual exam are really similar to the ones in Uworld.

Like maybe towards the end of the year they maybe don't try to add new topics and the pool is the same as it maybe throughout the whole year combined?

Also which month are the scores reported the highest as maybe the questions are repeated the most from previous weeks exam during that week?

I have done extensive research on this exact question for years. I spoke to numerous officials, question writers for both the USMLE and UWorld. I also compiled a list of step 1 scores of almost every medical graduate in the world who has taken this exam thus far. This list included the resources they used, their qbank scores, and the mass (in Kg) of their frontal cortex.

After compiling the data, I spent hours using many complicated mathematical formulas to finally reach my conclusion.

Keep in mind this day comes every 3 years, so if you don't take it tomorrow you are better off waiting till 2015.
