What to ask at Job interview

Will be heading out to east coast for my first job interview. Coming out of decent surgical path fellowship and this is a hospital based group practice (12 pathologists) with partnership option in 2 years. What are the things that I should look for and ask when I interview ? I'd really appreciate practicing pathologist's input. Especially LADOC 😀
