Looking for recommendations for what to do while waiting for IIs. They could be irrelevant to med school (read a specific book, try a particular sport, etc.), or they could be about improving your application, about interview prep, or anything really. I'm just looking for things to fill my time with.

Wait, refreshing my tabs every 37 seconds isn't considered an activity?

It's going to be a LONG year.

Relax, spend some time with your family, or travel. All things that I'm doing while also practicing some for my interviews.

If you don't already know how to cook, explore recipes and techniques for healthy, quick, inexpensive meals & snacks that can be made in a few minutes or prepped and stored. For example, collect and test "salad in a jar" recipes, soups and stews, sheet pan meals. Having some fall back ideas will save you time and money which will come in handy whatever the future may bring.

I'm making more time for my hobbies and friends again. I work full time and I'm volunteering, but now that the writing is done I can actually use my little bit of free time for things I enjoy again! I'm back to reading every day, taking better care of my houseplants after they've been neglected over the past few months, and cooking more instead of relying on frozen costco meals. Spending way more time with friends, movie nights and weekend coffee meet ups, etc. Just do things you enjoy!
