With an mcat of 33 what do u think my chances are. Are there specific schools i should apply to?

Improvement of your sGPA is likely to be necessary. I'd suggest additional undergrad coursework in the sciences, plus retakes of the worst grades to evoke AACOMAS (DO) grade forgiveness, or engaging in a Special Masters Program (SMP) where terrific grades can override the undergrad GPA. See
