Ok so I am a 34 year old truck driver currently. I went to college for engineering breifly in my early twenties and didnt do bad bud probably not good enough to get into med school. I have decided to go back to school and have my sights set on med school. I Would be alright with DO but prefer MD. My question is would I be better off to restart all together at different school or would they overlook my earlier blunders and poor grades if I transfered credits and maintained a good gpa from here on out? Any help is much appreciated.

If you want to go to medical school then you would likely need to retake all of the pre-requisite courses. Many of the schools have a ten year limit on how old the courses are. With regards to your earlier blunders, take it from me, if from here on in, you do exceptionally well then more than likely the past will remain in the past because that is no longer who you are.
