I did a search on this on SDN and saw a lot of the same stuff - Gatorade for liquid, high protein breakfast, fish oil/ flax seed, blueberries, eggs...
No one mentioned anything about a #1 Value Meal from McDonalds.
I know that a juicy big mac and some perfectly cut fries will put me in a good mood and keep me full! Am I wrong on this? Is it better to go the healthy route rather than be completely satisfied 😀 😀 😀
