What to eat the day of exam?

I did a search on this on SDN and saw a lot of the same stuff - Gatorade for liquid, high protein breakfast, fish oil/ flax seed, blueberries, eggs...

No one mentioned anything about a #1 Value Meal from McDonalds.
I know that a juicy big mac and some perfectly cut fries will put me in a good mood and keep me full! Am I wrong on this? Is it better to go the healthy route rather than be completely satisfied 😀 😀 😀

any opinions... ?
 
I just have a small fish sandwich with orange juice.

lots of glucose before the test and during break. Always helps. Good luck 🙂
 
LOL..... Try the glucose at break and then sleep through QR. dat_student do a search on the downside of glucose level spikes. This is a good idea for studying, yet I wouldn't consider it a great option for a four hour test.

I guess ppl have diff opinions about what kinda food is better and stuff.
I am an asian so telling u to eat KimChi or Chinese Food won't be a good recommandation :laugh:
I personally Enjoy McDonald dollar menu. Good, Simple, Light 😍

how do you get a BigMac before the test? is it on their breakfast menu now?

I'd get a cup of starbucks (half decaf/half regular) and a CroissantWich from BK. long lasting energy!

Well, I am actually taking a 1pm DAT. So that leaves JUUUUUUST enough time to enjoy a good wholesome american meal.

Who's with me on this? 👍 👍 👍 😀 😀

I say you should hit up some BBQ shack with me before the test. it'll be an all-american all-you-can-eat fest!

...then 4.5 hrs later, you can fall asleep from being too full...
 
I survived off a box of nutrigrain bars for the day of and day prior to the test.
