What to expect now that interviews are over?

Now that interviews are over I'm getting a bit worried as I haven't heard from those programs I'm most interested in even after I emailed them showing my interest. Now I'm wondering what's the usual protocol after interviews? Do programs usually contact those they're interested in to try and recruit? Should I expect them to contact me and show interest if they're interested in me? Should I even worry if they don't contact me? Maybe it just depends on the program or doesn't really matter, but I'm just curious about what to expect while waiting for the ROL deadline to come.

You should expect one of those things from every program. And you should ignore it and rank programs in the order you want them.
