Should we also be including college activities and awards on the ERAS?

Are they significant to you? I would put stuff if it was significant to you. Significant in terms of time commitment and dedication, not in terms of how important you think it looks to committees. When you start including lots of trivial stuff from a long time ago (as college is at least 4 years ago) things start to look a little forced. But if you devoted a lot of time annually to the Red Cross blood drive, for example, why not add it?

You can if they were significant, which is up for defintion.

As yaah notes, why not include it? Its not likely that it will make a difference in your residency application but it shouldn't hurt.
