What to wear for the DAT?

Hi guys.

My DAT is in 4 days!😱 I think I might just die. really nervous

Anyway, this is my first time. I'm just wondering what to wear? It's gonna be 90 degrees on test day, but I'm not sure if the test center is air conditioned or not. It should be air conditioned right? NYC testing center.

I was thinking of wearing a light full-sleeved shirt? So if it's cold in the room I'll be fine and if it's not I can roll up my sleeves (am I allowed to do that?).

Also since a have a sweaty palm issue during exams, I can use the sleeves to cover my palms.

Does this sound good? Thanks 🙂

that's a very good question. i would wear what i usually wear at home and take my practice exam with. Be as comfortable as possible.

I wore sweatpants, t-shirt, and tennis shoes. The air was comfortable in my center. Don't wear any jewelry, they told me to take all mine off. And I had to raise my pant leg so they could check if I was stuffing any notes up there lol.

I wore stretchy workout pants that I could easily pull up above my knees if it got warm, which it did. It was also nice since I had no pockets to empty every time they check you when you reenter room.

My test center was FREEZING. I wore my most comfy jeans, flip flops (I like to sit cross-legged), and a sweater.

Negative. Nothing but your clothes, ID and earplugs if you bring (wise idea)
