What would stop an identical twin from taking your test for you?

I suppose it is theoretically possible. But said twin would have to be very well compensated. Going through that mess once was bad enough.
 
I pity the family that sends two twins to medical school at the same time. That must be double the bitching.

Also as far as it goes not considering any of the potential security risks or otherwise. I think the idea could fall flat in that taking step 1 a second time within a period in which you theoretically peak is probably going to yield a lower result.
