If you were starting your residency today, knowing what you do now about your practice, knowledge, financial status, etc., what would you do differently? I recognize this has been discussed in other forums but thought it would be more beneficial to many EM 1's and 2's if discussed here.
As an EM PGY-1 I am turning over a new leaf and listening more intently to my predecessors. I think it would also be interesting if people could share in what stage of their career they are when responding.
