I don't intend to sound harsh or anything, but if this was the third time you've taken the oat AND you did worse, what makes you even think that taking it a fourth time will do you any good?? I'd honestly ask how much//what type of preparation you put in for the third attempt? It should be obvious your scores are not where you want or need them to be; I'm going to guess you are just a horrible test taker (as you did say your gpa was good)? I'd NEVER recommend lying to, or holding back pertinent information from an admissions committee; besides they WILL receive your newest set of scores very soon anyway (should by October 15) and what then?? My only advice I can honestly give you is to pour your heart and soul into prepping for another oat IF that is what you truly want, then have the interview preferably shortly after that date so you can at least tell them to be expecting good scores from your fourth attempt (obviously based on your post you are aware of the 30 day scoring lag). Again, sorry if I'm coming across as harsh, but that's the best advice I can give.
