What's better? A "W" or a C in a Music History class?

I am currently taking Genetics, Chemistry, Calculus, and Music History. And my current (not final) grades are Genetics A, Chemistry A-, Calculus A, and Music History C. Should I take the C, or drop with a W? I didn't plan properly and the class is very intense. Any input appreciated.

Is there any way that you could pull it up to a B? I'd stick with the C. Even though it doesn't look good, a W just sticks out even more in my opinion.

W for sure. I have one W on my application in a fine arts class and it's never been brought up in an interview. When I picked a different art class a year later, I got an A in it
