What's considered "an element that's concerning to the admissions committee"?

My AMCAS sGPA is 5.9 and my MCAT is 32. Should any of them be concerning (especially for top tier schools) considering that schools of high standards for GPA and MCAT nowadays?

If not, should I just leave this section blank?
Thanks!

If you've got a 5.9 sGPA, it will totally offset that 32 MCAT....you have a LizzyM of 91!!! Considering everyone else will have a maximum LizzyM of 85, I think you have a great shot at a top tier 👍

What does this mean

A 32 is very low for a 5.9 GPA. Adcoms are going to wonder why a guy who got such a high GPA got such an average MCAT, when people with much lower GPAs commonly score much higher. You need to retake the MCAT OP and this time shoot for at least a 48.

Quality gpa OP...what did you have to do to get that?

i'd say if you retake your mcat get around a 47+, do some post-bac classes aiming for roughly an 6.5, and do some volunteering/shadowing for a year you might have a decent shot at caribbean!

I wish I can add random numbers to my sGPA.
So should I explain my scores as concerning elements...?

No. Your grades and MCAT are probably average/very close to average at every school to which you're applying. Unless you have a particular grade (C or D) that sticks out on your application, or unless you've already taken the MCAT once before and did very poorly, there is nothing to explain.
