Do you currently intern/work? Have your preceptor/manager walk you through the steps if you're completely new. As for some tips, also, get in the habit of reading in a pattern: So for example, if you decide to read a prescription from top to bottom, left to right, keep it consistent and read every prescription you get the same way. When you develop your pattern method of reading the same way every time, it becomes harder to skip over things because you're essentially following your "checklist."
