What's the bottom line, can you bill for DME?

Can you bill L and E codes if you have a supplier number. Is it a violation of federal anti-kickback laws?

Thanks Steve. I filled 855s and am waiting for my number. However, I think it's a bit more complicated then that. I think even with becoming a supplier there's still some confusion on whether or not things are legit. It might be a violation of Stark to prescribe and then supply DME. I think strict documentation documenting certain criteria is an absolute necessity. Does anyone have more information on this?
