What's the most important part(s) of the app for an IMG to get an interview? Is it board scores, visa status, YOG, LORs, personal statement, school attended, research, etc.?

I agree with other posters here, it's all important.
That said, three things are probably more important than others:
1. USMLE Scores
2. PD familiarity with your school - if someone else from your school has been to a program and done well, that's a big plus
3. US clinical rotations - not all created equal. The better apparent quality of you rotations, the better.
These are not in any specific order, and I expect each program may prioritize them differently.
