32yo Female complains of extreme fatigue

CBC comes back normal except slightly low Vitamin D levels.


Basline cortisol 5.6

ACTH 13

Cortisol 17.7

Cortisol 20.8

This is secondary adrenal, right? Low cortisol and low ACTH along with the quadrupling of the cortisol numbers shows low pituitary function, right?

Looks like it to me.

Good prognosis, iirc, with glucocorticoid replacement. Not sure about any hard numbers or anything like that though.
