any ideas?

I used Micro Made Ridiculously Simple for micro, and Lange Microbio/Immuno for Immuno. First Aid is pretty sufficient for most Micro/immuno though, IMO. There doesn't seem to be much immuno and the qs I've seen are pretty basic.

I alloted for 4 days for micro/immuno +pharm and found that was a bit too much time.

Like above. Clinical Micro made simple will work well. Use the tables and the pictures. Utilize Q-Banks questions to direct how to differentiate the infectious diseases. For Pharm, use First Aid and the pictures out of clinical micro made simple.

Those images are indelible ... i particularly love the one about the Tet offensive...

I loved Clinical micro...

One thing to handle all those annoying memorization things, like the gram algorithms and antibody specificity, is that I tape a sheet of paper to my bathroom mirror and go over it while I'm shaving and brushing my teeth.
