...regarding the extracurriculars and manual dexterity, how did you format your answers...did you list it off like: 1. I did X 2. I did X 3... or did you write paragraphs for everything?

For extracurricular activities, I listed them by year.

For manual dexterity section, I wrote out in paragraph form. I tried to make it a story--you know tell them about me and how my manual dexterity skills will help me be a better dentist.

I had the same question about how to format all of my input. I looked on the paper application to see how the format is there. There's only enough room to write a few sentences on almost every section so I just made a bullet list and used short incomplete senteces.
