When can schools view your AADSAS application?

My application is getting mailed out 7/23. But when can schools actually view your application in the electronic format. Since many schools send you confirmation emails prior to your actual mailing date.

The AADSAS Operator told me 2-3 days before the Mailing Date.
So in your case, ~7/20-7/21
