When did you hear back?! Verified....?

Hey guys!

So my first time on here, I am a senior and submitted my application to OptomCAS on 8/30. I have filled out the supplemental to most places (idk if SUNY needs one....was theirs integrated into the optomcas?? i cant get a straight answer from them :/) anyway, my app is still showing up as being "verified" on optomcas..i emailed them and they said that even during this verifying stage, the colleges can see my application....i dont think they can?

when did you guys start hearing back? I am taking my OAT next saturday and really freaking out. took the mcat last year and really didnt do well..just not made for standardized tests..i get all worked up and feel like my whole life is on the line.

any tips?

I submitted my OptomCAS app on 07/26 and started hearing back a week after 08/16... so that's roughly about three weeks? I also took my OAT the 16th and and submitted the supplements during that week also.

It took about 3 1/2 weeks for my OptomCAS app to be verified, and then I started hearing back from schools 2 weeks after that. I would think that you wouldn't hear back from schools until your app has been verified, but I could be wrong.

I submitted my application in mid-August and it was verified within 2 hours! I was pretty surprised. However, that may have been because I had sent in all of the OAT scores and transcripts in right in the beginning of July, so everything was good to go.

I finally got verified and submitted my apps! But I tried applying to another school and it is stuck in the "awaiting materials" section, not sure why this is happening....all my materials are in, I emailed optomcas but havent gotten a proper response unfortunately.
