When do adcoms start pulling applications?

Seen some speculation on here but wonder if those in the know could let us know.
In the past the application didn't even open until 7/1 so I'm wondering if submitting before then makes much difference.
I realize it likely differs from school to school but hoping some in the know could let us know when most schools start.
Also curious how most schools structure their reviews. It seems most have 2-3 review "chunks" because the send out interview invites in waves.

Last year it opened June as well.

Last year's application opened June 1. MW-AZ (and some other schools) sent out invites 3rd week of June.
The bulk of my invites came in July 1- mid Aug (7 of 11). 2 came in October, 2 post Dec.
Some schools review every two weeks, some 3-4 times per cycle. Schools continue to meet until all spots are filled and for waitlist.
