Hi I'm planning on using USMLE world for my 1 month of prep in may. If I purchase one month today can I put off starting it until May, or do I need to wait and purchase when I plan on using it? Thanks!

Your subscription will start immediately after the purchase once a successful transaction is made. If you do not want to start your subscription immediately, you can notify us with your desired start date with-in 24 hours of subscription purchase.

This deferment option is available for Step1, Step2 CK and Step3 MCQ qbanks only.

Step2 CS and Step 3 CCS subscriptions start immediately after the purchase and cannot be postponed for future use (unless the Step 3 CCS subscription was purchased as part of a package with MCQ).

Step 1 Self-assessment module subscription dates are independent of your qbank subscription date/time. It can be activated for the 2-week from our website anytime during or after your qbank subscription dates. The same applies to each purchased form (if multiple forms were purchased).

How long can it be delayed for? I don't think I'll take Step 3 until at least July... would that be ok?

how long can you delay the activation, and if so how soon should I start using the questions prior to taking the test?
