Okay, so I'm a little confused on the timeline of applying.
From my understanding, the first day you can turn in your application is June 1. Then you get secondaries and those come around July. And your whole application won't be reviewed till those secondaries are in. So, if my MCAT scores come in at the end of June, that's okay because my whole application won't be looked at till the secondaries are in correct?
And I can submit my application on June 1 with out mcat scores and a letter of recomendations?
Essentially, I want to know if I'm taking the mcat at the end of May and getting my scores back the end of June, I'll still essentially, be able to apply as early as possible (as opposed to someone who gets there mcat scores back before June 1.

Some schools won't send a secondary until they see your MCAT score.
Is that only schools that screen (which would make sense), or do a lot of schools withhold secondaries even if they don't screen?
Does AMCAS verification require only grades/transcripts/etc...?

if you take your MCAT at the end of May and have your scores back by the end of June, I wouldn't worry about it. Get your app in as soon as possible, it will get verified more quickly. AMCAS doesn't release anything until the end of June though, so even if you don't know your score by the release date, you'll know quickly after and you'll still be early.

Since you won't know your score, just add a school that you know you will definitely apply to (people suggest your state school if you have one). Then when you get your score back, add the schools you want. Your app will automatically be sent to them and you'll be verified.
