Depends on the school. I got my first secondary request from georgetown on July 7th of last year. There are other schools such as Albert Einstein and Tulane that have their secondaries on their website and you can send them whenever you want (even before the request you to send them one). Also there is a sticky in the pre-allopathic forum that has the format and questions for most allopathic secondaries.
