So with all the changes in healthcare going on, and affecting payments, etc. when will we know how things will play out? Any thoughts on when the situation will stabilize or is it likely that this will continue for years?

It'll probably take 25 years or so to find out the true damage, and another 250 to fix it. But probably just 2 years or so for you to feel it in your pockets.
