When do we here back for interviews?

Quick question...

I finished applying to programs and was wondering if anyone knew how early we can plan to hear back from programs regarding residency interview invites? Sept? Oct? Nov?

Also, do programs send out rejection e-mails or do they just not respond if they are not interested?

last year, earliest was SLU (within a week).

there was a post on this last year.

Some places say on their web site that they wait until your app is complete, including dean's letter. November seems like such a long time away........

gosh i remember freaking out that i turned my application in and the next day i didn't have any interviews...my husband sit makes fun of me for that. i turned my app in mid sept and got interviews a few days later. upmc was my first, i think. interviews should start trickling in mid to end of sept. the majority of programs send out invites in early october if i remember correctly. i know its easy for me to say now on the other side but don't stress out too much and try to have a little fun on the interview trail.
