When do you start/how do you use brosencephalon's deck?

Unfortunately, when I was searching through the topics, there weren't a lot of threads that talked about how to use brosencephalon's deck, and of the ones that were pertinent only talked about the merits of each deck individually rather than advising on how to approach the decks.

I downloaded brosencephalon's deck, and I'm wondering how to use it. What I mainly want to know is should I start using his decks ASAP or should I save them for second year?
