When do you typically hear back if complete early August?

Has anyone who was complete at schools early August last year been rejected because they were considered "late?"

With an August completion date - say August 7th - when would be the earliest I can receive interviews? Is there still a possibility of me hearing back from a school by October 15th?

When i applied, I was complete at most schools around August 1st. I added like 10 more schools closer to September. I received five II mid-late September. Then I got 5 more January-February.

I did not hear back before October 15th, though. First acceptance was December.

Application and candidate evaluations timeline varies widely by school may not done in a linear, chronological order. EDP, High achievers, URM, family of alumni, feeder schools, associated UG programs, linked postbaccs, and other factor may push an app forward in the process. So it can take 3 weeks to 3 months to hear back. Yes, you may hear back by October 15th but there is no guarantee that you will. Acceptances will go out from Oct 15th onward

I see. Basically, completion in early August is not late? Is it early enough that I don't have to worry about not getting accepted due to the timing of my app?

I was complete through mid/late-August and I got all my interview invites January-March.

Did you get any acceptances from the schools you were complete at in September?

I only received one acceptance. (I greatly struggle with interviews). So, no. But my first II was from a school I was complete at early September. To be fair, though, I interviewed well enough there for a WL spot at a state school as an OOS student. They took about 90% IS.

I was complete in early August and got my first II under a week after I was complete. My last II was basically in March. I got a big rash of invites in November - late December, so maybe that’s the best estimation.

Moral of the story: no one has any idea what to expect!
