When does AADSAS verification begin?

Hi everyone, just submitted my AADSAS. However, not all of my "Program Materials" are done (6/14). Do I need to complete all of these before my application is put in queue to be verified? Also, do all my evaluations need to be in before I'm put in the verification line? I'm confused as to how I know if I'm actually ready to be verified or not. Thanks!
