I'm thinking about applying to Pharmacy school in 2021.
Got a service duty in South Korea till Feb/13/2022. If I can get interview invites after February, I could attend them.

Yeah you're probably fine.
When I applied, my school was one of the earliest deadlines (November) and they gave me options for interview dates up through March. Many other schools run on rolling application cycles, so they'll have interview dates possibly up until May or June.
