When does Penn state start?

i was wondering when medical school starts for Penn state? Do they have an orientation week the week before?

penn state starts it orientation on the 11th of april...white coat ceremony on the 15th...last time I called to check at least.

Do you mean on the 11th and 15th of August?
Is that earlier than most schools?

yup 11th and 15th of august... that's not really earlier...many med schools such as loyola starts on the 28th of july or earlier...don't worry though, usually the earlier the start date, the longer the summer break after first year...hen we need the rest.
