I have two questions:

1) When does the AADSAS application open this cycle?

2) I deferred Rutgers Master's program until 2016 Fall due to a personal reason that prevented me from attending it this coming fall. I was wondering if it is better to mention it in the application that I have a deferred acceptance at Rutger's Master's program or not.

please elaborate? your dental volunteering/shadowing? well your SMP is not really dental related. people do it to increase their chance. But from your situation I can tell if you get in you plan to drop the SMP to save the 40k (which is reasonable way to go)
