So it seems like our transcripts will be sent out by our schools and it will take about 5 to 10 business days to reach aadsas. Does that mean our applications from aadsas won't be sent in to dental schools until the transcripts are in? Is it better to rush our transcripts to get our applications submitted earlier? Also does that mean that technically our applications can in no way be sent in by today?

Yeah, your app wont be completed and verified for a while. You have to account for the time for your school to process your request to send, mail time and the time it sits at AADSAS waiting for someone to get to it. Thenm if your matching forms are in correctly, they will begin to verify it. Once verified, it will wait for the next mailing date. I dont know when the first mailing date is, but it probably wont be for a few weeks. So everyone can relax.

If your application is not submitted by the time all of your transcripts arrive at AADSAS, you are wasting time, as they will not verify/calculate gpas until payment is made and your application submitted. Last year the fist batch of AADSAS mailings to dental schools was July 17th.

AADSAS will list the dates of when your transcripts arrive and the dates of when they are verified.

Is anyone rush sending their transcripts and lors so that they get to aadsas sooner? Was it better to just send in the transcripts a couple of days before today so they receive it today?

The gun can't be jumped as transcripts must be sent along with a transcript matching form that's only accessible through AADSAS (colleges attended section).
