When does your school find out about the Match results?

Based on a previous thread, it was reported that residency programs find out who they matched at 2 PM EST today. But when do our respective medical schools find out?

Both residency programs and medical schools find out at 1pm EST (according to one PD at my school I talked to), but at this point we're just mincing words. Good luck!

I was walking through the med school hallway today at about 11:00 AM central, and I saw the assistant dean. He had a couple sheets of paper in his hand and asked, "do you know what this is? I just got it. Let's look up your last name...Oh, you're going to be very happy tomorrow." Then went on his merry way. It was excruciating.

That's like telling someone you know a secret about them, only to say "Oh, nevermind I can't tell you". I hate that!!! ...... 37 more mintues 🙂

I'm doing a visiting 4th year elective at lsu that i set up last year before oi thought about what was happening in march. I can hear the students being announced over the pa system , and i am in the library nervously waiting for the next 25 minutes. Woos fraba , anyone! LOL! Good luck to everyone.

Thats alright. I am in a small town in ecuador named montonita sitting at an internet cafe paying 25 cents every 15 minutes to find out my results. Guess I didn´t think this one through to well either.
