Do you add all of your college courses. I went through a radiography course years ago and received my AAS degree from that program. In that program I had courses like radiation physics, positioning, etc, all classes related to radiography. Should I add all thoses classes on the app form? Or should I limit it to the pre-reqs needed for dental school? Thanks in advance...

I would definately include these courses if you made good grades... This would most definately increase your SGpa significantly. Definately put them in there if you made good grades

You have to include any course that is on any transcript no matter what the subject. They match all your transcripts to your descriptions you enter on the app. The instructions will elaborate on this when you open your account.
